Liability Limitations
To keep the Platform accessible and scalable for everyone, Ayarix's responsibility is limited to what is reasonably under our control.

• manufacturing quality, timelines, or product outcomes
• how users or manufacturers choose to handle the data they receive
• downtime caused by external services or security risks outside our infrastructure

Your use of the Platform is based on this understanding.

Ayarix EU operates fully under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your Data
• is encrypted in transit and at rest
• is never sold
• is processed only to deliver service features
• can be deleted or exported upon request

Your Responsibilities
Users and manufacturers are responsible for:
• ensuring they have permission to use or upload customer data
• complying with GDPR when importing customer contacts
• respecting customer consent when communicating with them

Ayarix supports safe data handling but cannot verify every action taken by external users or manufacturers.

You remain the owner of your files, drawings, 3D models, and all uploaded material.
By uploading content, you allow Ayarix to:
• store and process it
• display it in your dashboard
• run automated quoting
• use anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI features

Your Responsibility
You confirm that:
• you have the rights to the content you upload
• your content does not violate IP rights or contain illegal material

Ayarix may remove content that violates these rules.

Ayarix facilitates communication but does not participate in it.
• Manufacturers communicate with customers at their own discretion
• Customers choose how they interact with manufacturers
• Ayarix does not control these exchanges

We provide the tools — users are responsible for how they use them.

Ayarix is a software provider, not a manufacturer.
Manufacturing work, quality control, shipping, and timelines are fully the responsibility of the manufacturers.

Ayarix does not guarantee:
• the performance, accuracy, or lead times of manufacturers
• that manufacturers will accept or complete orders
• any specific business outcome

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all users, you agree that Ayarix is not responsible for issues resulting from:
• how you use the Platform
• your content or data
• your interactions with manufacturers or customers
• your compliance with GDPR, IP laws, or local regulations

This ensures that the responsibility stays with the parties directly involved.

When you install the Ayarix plugin:
• you manage your own customer relationships
• you are responsible for your website's GDPR compliance
• you decide how you communicate with customers

We provide the tools; you control your workflow.

Subscription Services
Manufacturers receive:
• quoting automation
• customer dashboard
• instant quoting plugin
• project and order management tools
• visibility on the Ayarix network

Fees
• subscriptions renew monthly
• subscription fees are non-refundable
• fees cannot be transferred or credited

No Guarantee of Orders
Ayarix helps manufacturers operate more efficiently but does not guarantee a specific number of orders or clients.

You may link to Ayarix as long as it is fair and not misleading.
iFrames that alter the website appearance require written approval.

Ayarix may update these Terms to reflect improvements, legal changes, or new features.
If you continue using the Platform after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ayarix EU, located in France.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in France.
